What does Traffic and Environment cover?

Where do candidates lose the most points in traffic questions?
Right of way at junctions and negatively worded questions ("which of these is wrong") cause the most mistakes. Read the question carefully.
Should I memorise the questions?
The same question may not come up word for word. Learning the rule in the explanation is safer than memorising answers.
