Distance Sales Agreement

Article 1: Parties

SELLER

BUYER: the person who has a testcim.com account and whose name, phone, address and email appear on the payment screen.

Article 2: Subject

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties for the sale and performance of the testcim Premium digital membership bought online on testcim.com, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Article 3: Product, price and payment

Product: testcim Premium (one-time payment, valid for 1 year digital membership; does not renew). Includes:

• Access to the full question bank
• Full 50-question, 45-minute mock exams (unlimited)
• Practice by subject (Traffic and Environment, First Aid, Vehicle Technology, Traffic Etiquette)
• Mistakes notebook: redo the questions you got wrong
• Progress chart and success by subject
• A personal day-by-day study plan based on your exam date
• No ads

The launch price is 249.90 TL until 31 December 2026 (inclusive) and 449.90 TL from 1 January 2027. All taxes are included. The price that applies to your order is the one shown on the payment screen at the time of payment.

Payment is taken in full by credit or debit card through PayTR. The order date, order number and amount charged are shown to the BUYER at payment and kept in the SELLER's records.

Article 4: Performance and delivery

The product is digital and nothing is shipped. When the payment institution confirms payment, Premium is added to the BUYER's testcim account immediately and the agreement is performed. If this fails for technical reasons, the SELLER adds it within 1 working day of being notified. If the service cannot be provided, the full amount is refunded.

Article 5: Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed instantly online or intangible goods delivered instantly. On the payment screen the BUYER expressly agrees that performance starts immediately and accepts that the right of withdrawal therefore ends.

Article 6: Obligations

• The SELLER provides the Premium features with reasonable care and continuity. Short interruptions may occur during maintenance.
• The BUYER uses the account and Premium personally, and may not share the account or copy, reproduce or distribute the content. The SELLER may suspend the account in case of misuse.
• The questions are original practice questions in the exam format. The SELLER does not guarantee that the same questions will appear in the exam or that the BUYER will pass.

Article 7: Personal data

The BUYER's personal data is processed under the Privacy policy. Card details never reach the SELLER.

Article 8: Disputes

Consumer Arbitration Committees at the BUYER's place of residence or transaction have jurisdiction within the monetary limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade, and Consumer Courts above those limits.

Article 9: Effect

On the payment screen the BUYER confirms electronically that they have read, understood and accepted the Pre-information form and this agreement. The agreement is made and takes effect when the payment is confirmed.
