How do I get Premium?
Sign up, then use the "Go to payment page" button on My account. Pay with the same email you signed up with. Your account becomes Premium once the payment is confirmed, usually within a few hours.
I paid but Premium is not active.
The email you used for payment must match your account email. If it is still not active after a few hours, write to us below with the topic "Premium and payment" and include your payment email.
I forgot my password.
Click "Forgot password" on the login page and we will email you a reset link. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive.
I did not get the confirmation email.
Wait a few minutes and check your spam folder. If it is still missing, write to us below with the topic "Account".
I found a mistake in a question.
Thank you! Choose "Report a question error", paste the question and tell us what is wrong. We will check and fix it.
I want my account and data deleted.
Write to us below from the email you signed up with and we will delete your account and data.
