This form informs the consumer before the contract is made, as required by Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

2. Buyer

The buyer is the person who has a testcim.com account and enters their name, phone and address on the payment screen. The buyer's email is their account email. The buyer enters these details themselves.

3. Product

testcim Premium: a digital membership for Turkish driving theory test preparation. Premium unlocks:

• Access to the full question bank
• Full 50-question, 45-minute mock exams (unlimited)
• Practice by subject (Traffic and Environment, First Aid, Vehicle Technology, Traffic Etiquette)
• Mistakes notebook: redo the questions you got wrong
• Progress chart and success by subject
• A personal day-by-day study plan based on your exam date
• No ads

4. Price and payment

The launch price is 249.90 TL until 31 December 2026 (inclusive) and 449.90 TL from 1 January 2027. All taxes are included. The price that applies to your order is the one shown on the payment screen at the time of payment.

Payment is taken by credit or debit card through the licensed payment institution PayTR. Your card details never reach testcim and are not stored by us. There are no shipping or delivery charges.

5. Delivery

The product is digital. When payment is confirmed, Premium is added to the buyer's testcim account automatically, usually within seconds. See the Delivery policy.

6. Duration

Premium is valid for 1 year (365 days) from the moment payment is confirmed. It is a one-time payment, not a subscription, and does not renew. When it ends, the account returns to free membership.

7. Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for services performed instantly online and intangible goods delivered instantly. On the payment screen the buyer agrees that performance starts immediately and that the right of withdrawal therefore ends. See the Refund policy.

8. Complaints

Send complaints through the contact form or to iletisim@testcim.com. Disputes may be taken to Consumer Arbitration Committees within the monetary limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade, and to Consumer Courts above those limits.
