What do we sell?

The only product sold on testcim is testcim Premium membership. Premium is a digital service provided online. Nothing is shipped and there are no shipping or delivery charges.

How is it delivered?

• Premium is added to the testcim account you are logged in to when you pay.
• When the payment institution (PayTR) confirms your payment, Premium is activated automatically, usually within seconds. Refresh the page and My account will show "Premium".
• Your account email and testcim.com are used as the delivery address.

If Premium is not activated

Occasionally the confirmation from the bank or payment institution is delayed. If Premium is not active within 1 hour of paying, write to us through the contact form with the topic "Premium and payment". We will check and activate your account within 1 working day. If we cannot provide the service, we refund the full amount.

Duration

Premium is valid for 1 year (365 days) from the moment payment is confirmed. It is a one-time payment, not a subscription, and it does not renew automatically; your card is not charged again. When it ends, your account returns to free membership and your test history and account are kept. You can buy Premium again if you wish. My account shows the time you have left.
