What does the uncontrolled crossroads sign mean in Turkey?

In short: This warning sign means there is a junction ahead with no traffic lights or priority signs. At such a junction, on roads of equal importance, you give way to traffic coming from the right. It is a red-bordered triangle with a black cross (+).
What should you do when you see this sign?
- Slow down and check all four directions.
- Give way to vehicles coming from your right.
- Do not cut in front of vehicles already entering or inside the junction.
Where and why is it used?
Warning signs are placed before the hazard, so the junction is still ahead when you see this sign. If one of the roads has priority, the junction with a minor road sign is used instead.
