What does the one-way road sign mean in Turkey?

In short: The one-way road sign is an information sign meaning traffic on this road flows only in the direction of the arrow. It is a blue square or rectangle with a white arrow.
What should you do when you see this sign?
- Drive only in the direction of the arrow.
- Unless it is banned, you may stop and park on both the right and the left side.
- When turning left, move to the left side of the road first.
Where and why is it used?
The other end of a one-way road has a no entry sign. Because no traffic comes the other way, parking on the left side is also possible where it is not banned.
